ability to add value to their prepaid cards at over 25,000 conveniently
located Moneygram locations in the United States. Through it’s
agreements with World Processing, Ltd., an electronic payment, transaction
processing and software licensing company.

Cardholders fill out a short form and include a “receiver code”,
hand cash to an agent and obtain a receipt. Value will be loaded typically
